Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your DI MECO items, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your items.
Please refer to the following guidelines to verify if your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange.

RETURNS

  • The item must be in original condition, unworn, and undamaged in any way (items with minor scratches, dirt, worn, dented, and so on ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN).
  • The item must have all original tags and packaging. (The packaging must also not show any damage).
  • No individual items from a set can be returned.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized pieces
  • Engraved pieces
  • Sale items
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Jewelry cleaning products

IMPORTANT: The cost of shipping for returns or exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, we may require a video or photos of the jewelry before it is shipped, as proof of the jewelry's integrity, because it will be evaluated by us for eligibility for exchange or return. NOT ALL CASES WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN. OUR TEAM WILL EVALUATE THE ELIGIBILITY OF THE JEWELRY AND THE POSSIBLE REPLACEMENT OR RETURN OF THE JEWELRY. DI MECO JEWELRY has the right to refuse the return/exchange of any item that does not meet our requirements and the aforementioned requirements. Orders sent to DI MECO JEWELRY without approval are subject to additional fees and return shipping costs at the customer's expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receiving your return, allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect and process your refund.

 

EXCHANGES
For items eligible for exchange, we are happy to perform a direct exchange for the same item in a different size or color, provided the price is the same and we have availability of the product. DI MECO will hold the requested item pending inventory availability. We will process your exchange request within 5 business days of receiving it. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return guidelines outlined in our Return Policy. If your exchange items do not meet our guidelines, DI MECO JEWELRY has the right to deny your exchange and return the item(s) to the customer at the customer's expense. GIFT RETURN POLICY
Gift returns (such as gift cards) will be issued as store credit. Store credit does not expire and can be used on all items on our webshop. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or bank transfer.
